RENTAL POLICY

Ember Elite Co. LLC Rental Policy

Thank you for choosing Ember Elite Co. LLC for your event needs.  

ATTN: MAKE CERTAIN TO READ YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU LOCK IN YOUR RENTAL RESERVATION. ALL RENTAL AGREEMENTS MUST BE SIGNED AND A COPY OF A CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED. 

To ensure a smooth rental experience, please review and adhere to the following policy:

 

 

1. Rental Period

  • Standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.
  • Additional days must be pre-approved and may incur extra charges.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Full balance is due at least 48 hours before the event.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment platforms (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Paypal).
  • Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

  • Valid photo ID and signed rental agreement are required at or prior to pickup/delivery.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued for unused items.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery services are available for an additional fee based on location.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect items upon delivery.
  • Items must be ready and accessible for pickup at the scheduled time.

5. Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup and breakdown are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Grills will be delivered clean and must be returned in similar condition.
  • Tents require a flat, clear area for safe setup.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Renter is responsible for all rented items from time of delivery to time of pickup.
  • Items must not be left unattended in public areas.
  • Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning will result in additional fees.

7. Weather Policy

  • Ember Elite Co. LLC is not liable for weather-related cancellations.
  • We recommend tents for sun/rain protection but do not guarantee weatherproofing.
  • Refunds are not given due to inclement weather unless prior arrangements are made.

8. Equipment Use

  • Charcoal grills must be used outdoors in a safe and legal location.
  • Do not use lighter fluid or accelerants not approved for charcoal grills.
  • All equipment should be used for its intended purpose only.

9. Liability

  • Ember Elite Co. LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from misuse of rental items.
  • The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety and use of all equipment.
